Seren — Community Guidelines
Seren works because the room is good and people feel safe. These guidelines keep it that way. Breaking them can mean a warning, suspension, or removal.
Be real
Use your real identity and accurate information. No impersonation, fake profiles, or misrepresenting who you are or what you do.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate, threats, discrimination, or abuse of any kind — on Seren or at events you attend through it. Treat people the way you'd want to be treated in a good room.
Respect privacy and consent
Identity on Seren is released by mutual consent. Don't try to unmask, screenshot, or share someone's private details, photos, or messages outside Seren. Don't add people to other services or contact them off-platform until they've shared their contact with you here.
No spam or solicitation
Seren is for genuine introductions, not for selling, recruiting in bulk, or pitching. Don't use it to harvest contacts or promote unrelated products.
Keep it lawful and safe
No illegal activity, no sharing of unlawful or harmful content, and nothing that endangers others. Seren is an adults-only (18+) service and is not a dating service.
Safety at events
Meet in the context of the event, use ordinary caution, and look out for each other. If something feels wrong, leave and tell us. Organisers are responsible for their events; Seren is not the organiser.
Reporting & blocking
You can report or block anyone from within Seren. Reports go to our team for review. We may remove content, withdraw introductions, and suspend or remove accounts that break these guidelines, and we cooperate with authorities where required.
