Seren — Your data & account deletion

Public data-deletion page (Google Play requires an account-deletion URL; Apple requires in-app deletion).

You're in control of your data on Seren.

Export your data

In Seren: Settings → Agent & privacy → Export my data, or email privacy@seren.social. You'll receive a copy of your personal data (profile, connections, messages, and account details).

Delete your account

In Seren: Settings → Agent & privacy → Delete account. If you can't access the app, email privacy@seren.social from your account address and we'll process it.

What gets deleted

Your profile, matching signals/embeddings, introductions, messages, and account identifiers are erased or anonymised.

What we may keep (and why)

Limited records required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or safety reasons, retained only as long as necessary and then deleted. Payment records are held by Stripe under their terms and applicable law.

Timing

Deletion is processed within 30 days; backups cycle out within a further 30 days.
